You will receive order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

4. Payment Terms

We accept payments through:

• JazzCash
• NayaPay
• SadaPay

Payment must be completed using the correct order amount.

Important:

• Customers must use their Order ID as payment reference.
• Orders will not be processed until payment is verified.
• We may request a payment screenshot for confirmation.
• KRX Aesthetics is not responsible for incorrect transfers made by the customer.

5. Pricing

Prices may change without notice. However, once your order is confirmed, the agreed price will not change.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
• Delivery times may vary depending on location.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.

Customers must provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of aesthetic/cosmetic products:

• Opened or used products cannot be returned.
• Refunds are only applicable if:
  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Product arrived damaged

Customers must contact us within [24–48 hours] of delivery with proof (photos).

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or as store credit.

8. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before payment verification and shipment.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

• Delays caused by courier services
• Indirect or incidental damages
